Back to the 2 workout a day thing yay.
Today I had a good first workout but I kicked all sorts of ass on my 2nd. I thought I would do my 2nd mile worse than the first but I did the first one in like 8:30 and the second one around 7:15 ... crazy! All in all I did about 2.5 miles. I didn't eat as much as I should have though and I was all pissy after the 2nd workout. All I had to eat before that was a bowl of cereal, a tuna sandwich, and a smoothie. As soon as my little pooooch goes away in my lower stomach, I'll stop eating like a supermodel, but its being extremely persistant :(

We're comin to nola for Fri night, Sat day this weekend. yayy .. I get to see my kitty :)

On another note, I think I am inspiring people at work to eat better and work out more. Toni started eating what I eat -- cottage cheese, tuna and boiled eggs. She can't believe how different I look compared to when I started in November. Of all the people at work, I think Toni is my favorite, followed by my supervisor Corey. She's so sweet and innocent heh. Anyway ...
