Heechul sat in his room alone on his bed leaning against the wall with his ear-buds in the music blasting. His head was jumbled with thoughts and just trying to sort them out was giving him a slight headache. There was just one person on his mind, one person who was causing him this much stress and that person was Ha Minwoo. He had finally admitted to himself that he was utterly irrevocably in love with the boy, just doing that alone caused him stress, but that was the easy part. He still had to deal with his new found problem what to do about his newly discovered feelings. He flopped onto his back on his bed and let out a long sigh and let himself have a flashback of what had happened earlier that day.
Flashback:
When I see myself during these times I feel that I really am young To the people who are in love Please tell me how you started to love
Earlier in the day the ZE:A boys were lounging around their dorm enjoying a lazy afternoon. Heechul was in his room silently brooding thinking about what to do about his current predicament. Wow worrying this much about love really takes me back to high school days again Heechul silently mused to himself a small smile unconsciously forming on his face, I sure feel young again. His smile quickly faded though when he was once again reminded of his problem about what to do about his crush on Minwoo. Sighing and giving up for the moment Heechul decided to ask some of his group members who he thought were in love what he should do. (of course not telling them who he was in love with though)
Whether I should approach you Or wait a little longer
With everyone saying different things Makes it much harder
Junyoung:
"Hmmm well I guess the only advice I can give is to make sure you really get to know the person before confessing so you make sure you really like the person and you're not making a mistake."
Kwanghee:
"Just go up to the person and kiss them and tell them how much you love them."
Siwan:
"...My advice? Don't listen to Kwanghee's advice."
Kwanghee:
"You're so mean Siwannie! It worked with you!" ^-^
Siwan:
"Shut up idiot!" -_- (face turning red)
Kevin:
"Try to figure out how possible it is for the person to like you back. If there's a good chance and minimal risk then go for it and confess."
Hyungshik:
"Just go up to the person and give a honest straight forward confession hehehe that's what worked with Kevin-hyung.~"
End of flash back
Then he flashed back to what Dongjun had told him earlier.
Flash back:
He has higher standards than he seems
The ZE:A members were backstage waiting for the start of a concert. Heechul was reading a book when suddenly Dongjun came up to him.
"Hyung that Minwoo is something else," Dongjun said plopping down next to Heechul on the couch he was sitting on.
"Why what did Minwoo do?" Heechul asked not looking up from his book.
"I asked him if he thought *insert name of kpop girl here* from *insert name of girl kpop group here* is cute and he said "no"! Hmm i guess he must have higher standards than I thought." He shook his head before getting up and going to complain about Minwoo to one of his other hyungs. Could it be possible that I'm not good enough for him...
End of flash back
Heechul shook his head to make all the flash backs go away.
Will the day I hold his hand ever come? Will the day I kiss him above his closed eyes also come? Will the day I casually hold him come?
He sighed depressed not still not knowing what to do and possibly more confused than before. He started wondering if he would ever be able to hold Minwoo and kiss him on the forehead or even be able to hold his hand.
I may be rushing a bit I don't know how you feel right now
He thought for a while before coming up with his plan. He concluded that even though he doesn't know how Minwoo feels and he may be rushing things if he doesn't find out how Minwoo feels he's going to go crazy.
I brought up the courage I want to talk to you for a moment
The next day after practice Heechul asked Minwoo if he could stay back because he needed to talk to him.
This kind of thing is uncommon for me Please believe what I say
It's not my first time to be honest I've loved and broken up before
But it's hard, please believe these words You are different I'll bet my all this time Please give me a chance
The times you spent by my side Can no more compare to any other happiness
"So what is it you wanted to talk to me about hyung?" Minwoo asked Heechul looking up at him from where he was sitting on the practice room floor.
"Well um...I uh," Heechul let out a loud sigh of frustration and slid down the wall to sit next to Minwoo. "Sorry this kind of thing is really unusual for me but what I'm trying to say is I'm always happiest when I'm with you and I've had my share of break ups but if you'll give me a chance I'll show you how this would be different and that I'll really bet my all this time. What I'm trying to say is that I...love you Minwoo." Heechul immediately looked down avoiding Minwoo's gaze his face starting to turn red.
Who knows? Two of us Might be destiny
Minwoo looked surprised at first but then a wide smile spread across his face. He wrapped his arms around Heechul in a hug placing his head on his shoulder.
"I love you too hyung," Minwoo whispered to him smiling when he saw the corners of Heechul's mouth turn up into a smile upon hearing his words. "And of course I'll give you a chance. Who knows we might be destined.~" ^-^
