21 Things I Want In A Lover
I acquired a new CD the other day and listening to one of the songs got to wondering what my answers would be. But as more then just another pointless time waster I think this is something worth taking the time to think about. And since I haven’t really given this any consideration since Nov, 16, 2004 *cough* maybe it’s time to move on. But enough rambling on.
I really would like to see you all try this, thinking is a good thing, really.
Here’s what I’m about to do and what I want you to do as well. Come up with a list of things you want in a lover. You can be as precise or as detailed as you wish. The trick is to come up with one for each year of your life, after all, the older you are the better you should know what you’re looking for. If you have a birthday coming up soon go ahead and round up. Because I want you to give this serious thought I want you to come up with your own list before reading mine. And don’t feel pressured to post yours if you don’t want, I just want you to think it over. (if you feel a need to create an order to your list I think that placing the ones that are easier to see first makes more sense then priority. they should all be equally important, after all.)
1) Attractive.
2) Friendly.
3) Intelligent.
4) Cuddly. soft n’ snugly.
5) Supportive.
6) Spiritual compatibility.
7) open minded.
8) patient
9) forgiving
10) affectionate
11) chewable
12) enjoys exploring kinky things
13) will keep me on track and working on my goals
14) understands a need of alone time
15) makes me feel atractive and needed
16) understands that sometimes sleep is more importaint then sex, though not more desirable.
17) can help me in areas i'm weak in and visaversa.
