Lions' Winter
Hots:
-Maya spending time with Wenceslas (As opposed to "head of diplomacy Maya" spending time with "lifemaster Wenceslas")
-Overhearing Seraphim at just the wrong moment. Pretending I hadn't.
-Tapper interfering. Mara helping.
-Singing the jellyfish song, for well over five iterations. I lost count. It was like a singing game of chicken.
-People telling Maya they thought Tapper was a doppleganger. Maya explaining to people that Tapper is, in fact, always that insane.
-Getting frustrated that no-one was doing anything about the summoner who'd stolen the planar bane and was calling in more minions. Sprinting out to stab him several times and running back in at the far side of the line. Hearing a shout of "Doppleganger!" and yelling back "Very much not!"
-Seeing a random bad-guy sprinting off into the woods. Chasing it and killing it. Looking at the sword and saying "does that look familiar? Oh... wow... it does." Everard's relief when I brought it back.
-Being brought up to debilitated at the top of the hill after one of the rites and being told to go back to camp where it was safe. Stumbling down the hill, (IC, and safely) losing my footing, rolling the rest of the way.
-Hands! They're hillarious!!
-Bribing people with chocolate alcohol.
-Talking soothingly to were-ravenfire.
-Being told my advice was like the waves.
-Getting some DuPre people to admit that they liked the sound of an ancestor.
-Getting curious looks for having two cloaks on.
-Realising that I didn't have as much of a problem with people assuming I was a whore for carrying a sword, but I had a huge problem with people declaring that someone who didn't carry a sword couldn't be a real man.
-Wen ranting. More than once, and quite vehemently.
-Were-Millipede!
-Healers plot! I'm loving it, oh so much.
