My weight is really getting me down. I feel really ugly. Seeing photos of myself is awful.
So...
I am going to try really, really hard and aim for losing 2lbs a week. I'm 161 now, and I want to be around 150 by May for my holiday.
My goals for the next two weeks are:
Go for a walk everyday.
Drink loads of water.
Don't eat anything after 7 in the evening.
And eat smaller portions.
I am going to distract myself from food by studying my ass off.
