Remember when I was irked that I couldn't get state or federal aid (loans, grants or otherwise) because the school thinks having a B.A. counts as "too many hours

I swear this Financial Aid department is being run by some diabolical villain who sits on a large throne, stroking a white cat, musing, "Now how can I fuck with her today?"
I still don't get why they care if someone else pays for your schooling. What does it matter if its paid for? I hope this scholarship office will consider your request. Or perhaps see if there is a special fund between you and their office that you can make in order to draw the funds and pay the school.

Basically. It's either a stupid, stupid, stupid appeal (complete with a written explanation of why I'm suspended; "YOU FUCKERS KNOW WHY" will probably not go over well), or I beg the scholarship people for some more direct relief. I am not digging either option.

Well when you get your paralegal degree make sure you join with a law firm that fucks with these fuckers!
My ask is this UT in San Antonio? I mean my dad has a master's and he got a scholarship with a federal grant to pay for "additional training". he's known many engineers and people who have had PhDs and still gotten aid to go back to college. It's just listed as "additional training".
I just don't get what the fuck is this schools problem.

IN THE FACE
No, it's San Antonio College, but really the whole Alamo Colleges district. :/ They want to dissuade people from taking advantage of cheap education by rereretaking classes or switching majors too many times, hence the too-many-hours policy, which doesn't fucking apply because bachelor's degree! >:(

I was talking with my dad the other day and San Antonio College got brought up. A lot of his students have had really bad experiences there. Apparently they have a habit of screwing people over.
I really hope someone messes with these jerks one day. >:(
