The service I strongly recommend to save on your mobile bill and earn money is called the "callback" system. This callback system will convert all outgoing-calls (via your mobile) to incoming-calls!
Therefore, in order to benefit from this callback service, it is best that you have free incoming-call in your mobile subscription plan.
You need NOT change your Telco (Singtel / M1 / Starhub).
You need NOT change your mobile number.
You need NOT sign any contract.
You need NOT pay any subscription fee to activate and enjoy this special service.
And lastly, you need NOT pay any termination charges.
Since using this callback service will convert your outgoing-calls to incoming-calls, the Telco (SingTel / M1 / StarHub) will not charge you for the outgoing-calls made, provided that your subscription with them has free incoming-calls .

Now I wonder how true this is. I doubt the 3 Telco will actually allow this though, it would be like stealing their business. No, I do not have free incoming, so I'm never going to know first hand.
