I've let AO3 do it's thing ((it's magical!!)) and when I cross-checked it, there were a couple cases where only one fandom was matchable - but everyone should have at least one.
-----That means that assignments have gone out and vid-plotting can commence. HUZZAH!!!
You should've been notified via AO3 and they seem to have it together but please do me a favor and let me know you've gotten the assignment. PM or email, leave a comment here saying I GOT IT (just don't say who you got) --- whatever is easiest. If you do NOT have an email with your assignment, please let me know!!!
Dear Vidder
Similar to most fic exchanges and festivids, participants are more than welcome to leave a link to a "Dear Vidder" letter in the comments. Dear Vidder letters are completely optional and are designed to give your vidder ideas of things you're interested in ( examples). Just a reminder that your vidder does not have to use your suggestions, matching is on fandom only.
One of the things I find amazing at festivids is the amount of "treats" people make above and beyond the exchange. So why not do the same here? Feel free to browse the "Dear Vidder" letters. You do not have to be signed up for the exchange in order to make "treats", anyone and everyone is welcome.
Details about posting vids will be up in a couple of weeks (after VividCon, is anyone going?). In the meantime, if you have any questions, please let me know.
