Bella Thorne was in this week's JustJared 'Spotlight of the Week', and JJJr released a super-stylish new photoshoot with the Family Moon actress.

The 16-year-old actress has been busy at work filming the thriller Big Sky in New Mexico.

Check out behind-the-scenes pics, interview, & some photoshoot pics behind the jump!

"While decked out in gold jewelry, Bella talked to us about her sweet sixteen birthday party, working with Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner, her favorite memories on the set of Shake It Up, and shared which pop star has inspired her for music.

“Everyday we created new memories. We had so much fun on that show, just being with each other and making jokes. Zendaya and I are always cracking jokes and we kind of have our own secret language. When people hang out with us, it’s kind of weird because they don’t know what to say,” Bella shared about her favorite moments on the Shake It Up set.

Just Jared: How was your 16th birthday celebration?

Bella Thorne: Oh, it was so much fun. We went to dinner and I had all my friends there and my family. It was just really nice.

JJ: What was your favorite gift from the night?

BT: Well I love when people give you gifts and things that you really need, so I asked my sister for new shavers. There is this one kind of shaver that I love and that I’m obsessed with, but I don’t know what the name of it was called. I described it to her and she went and got me a bunch of those. I was like, ‘Yes, thank you!’ [lmao this is adorbs<3]

JJ: What did your boyfriend Tristan Klier get you?

BT: He got me a necklace.

JJ: Since you are now 16 and can legally drive, did you get your license and a car yet?

BT: No, I don’t really want to drive. It’s just too scary and I’m one of those people, when they try something new, it has to be perfect. So if I try it, I’d be one of those people that would be like, ‘You can’t even text, while I’m driving’!

JJ: We hear that you are able to shoot a film in New Mexico, can you tell us more about that?

BT: It’s called Big Sky. We’ve got great actors. I’m really excited to start working with the director who did We Are What We Are [Jorge Michel Grau] and that is such an amazing film. Basically my character has agoraphobia. It’s a fear of the outside world. She can’t go outside.

JJ: How long are you filming for?

BT: Three weeks.

JJ: You recently shot with Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner on Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, how was it working with them?

BT: It was really great, we all got to say goodbye to Steve, it was his last day on set. He’s just really fun and sweet and he’s so funny that when you’re in a scene with him, it’s so hard to not crack up! He’s so funny.

JJ: What was the funniest thing that happened on set?

BT: The kids that play his kids, they put a song and dance together saying goodbye to him and they wrote it and everything. It was pretty funny!

JJ: How was it shooting with Drew Barrymore on The Familymoon?

BT: She’s amazing. I’m in love with her. She even sent me a gift for my birthday. I was like ‘aww that’s so sweet!’ She remembered and everything. She’s amazing.

JJ: What did Drew get you for your birthday?

BT: She sent me flowers and a card. It’s just hilarious because I’d never think ‘oh yea, Drew Barrymore sent me flowers for my birthday!’

JJ: Your Shake It Up co-star Zendaya recently did Dancing with the Stars. Would you ever consider doing a show like that?

BT: I focus on film, not so much reality TV.

JJ: How has the transition been, going from working on the small screen to working on movies with some of the biggest names in the industry?

BT: It’s crazy, but I always wanted to do film. It’s always been my love, so I always felt I’d end up here.

JJ: You’re obviously multi-talented. You can act, dance, model, and sing. What can you tell us about your upcoming album?

BT: You can expect it to be different. I’m not an artist that really just says, ‘oh here’s what I found… my vibe.’ I want every song to be different and there’s a song for everyone. There’s like an indie song, there’s an R&B song, so when somebody listens to the album, I really just hope they really bond with the song.

JJ: How close are you to finishing the album?

BT: A little bit away. I keep getting pulled away for films! It’s really hard to record when you’re in Africa.

JJ: Who would you say has inspired you as an artist?

BT: I would say, mostly Katy Perry. Like Katy, I just never sang before my show, so I never thought I would ever sing or even could sing. The fact that, you know, not everybody is born with an amazing voice, but if you work on it hard enough, you’ll get there. I’m with her vocal coach actually, so it’s really inspiring to hear stories about her and it just makes me think, well if she has such an amazing voice and she’s truly worked on it, then that means, I can achieve it too.

JJ: What’s your dream collaboration?

BT: Lil Wayne. If I could even meet Lil Wayne, I’m not a person to be starstruck, but I know, for sure, I would not be able to speak.

JJ: What’s the last thing you downloaded on iTunes?

BT: “23″ by Miley Cyrus.

JJ: What are your plans for Halloween? Are you dressing up?

BT: I’m working. Last year, on Halloween Day, I was a bunny. It was a cute leotard, stockings, I did the little whiskers, and I put glitter on my whiskers, and I had the bunny ears, little tail, and the ballet flats.

JJ: What’s the scariest experience you’ve had on Halloween?

BT: I don’t think I’ve ever had a scary Halloween experience ever. My character on the show has, but I haven’t.

JJ: What’s the last movie you went to see in theaters?

BT: I wanted to see Gravity, that was the last movie, I really wanted to see. My family all saw it without me! How heartless is that? I love Sandra Bullock, to see her do a role like that was so cool.

JJ: What’s your favorite Sandra Bullock movie?

BT: Probably The Proposal.

JJ: Who do you look up to in the acting world?

BT: I like Natalie Portman, Emma Watson, and Rachel McAdams.

JJ: What makes those three actresses appealing to you?

BT: Just that they’re real.

JJ: What do you have lined up after Big Sky?

BT: I’m going to do another film in November and then I go to do another Voltage film with Joel Silver (it’s called Home Invasion).
