Jake T. Austin at NEA's Read Across America Day
"Jake T. Austin joins actress Uma Thurman and the Cat in the Hat for NEA’s 2013 Read Across America Day held at New York Public Library on Friday afternoon (March 1) in New York City.
The 17-year-old actor celebrated Dr. Seuss‘ birthday with the president of National Education Association Dennis Van Roeke by reading “Green Eggs and Ham” to a crowd of children.
Read Across America Day is the nation’s largest reading celebration with more than 45 million participating to highlight the importance of developing a love for reading at an early age."
