I was told by Acer (Non) support that my boxed up computer would be picked up between 9 to 5. Seeing my track history with deliveries here I pretty much camped out in the lounge, with the window open, waiting. Only daring to take quick 'comfort breaks'.

At 4:37 pm he finally showed up. I'm more than a little annoyed.
