ice water
its 92 degrees outside with a heat index of 100. the pool is not open. we dont use air conditioning, but our house stays really cool which i sort of dont understand. the only thing i miss about ac is when you come in from outside, without it, it takes a really long time to cool off.
saturday i went to another tides game with michelle, mike, cait and michelle's parents. it was sooooo much fun, and we actually won! the best part of any baseball game is the 7th inning stretch. hands down. then we were gonna go back to michelle's and watch a bunch of star wars but decided that we were all too sleepy. *esp michelle and mike who had gone to prom the night before* plus mike had to drive back to north carolina in themorning. can i just say that i love michelle's parents? they are great people and its so cute how they are still so much in love. oh and i got dippin dots, awesomeness.
yesterday, aside from taking my flute to mr. hedrick to get oiled, i did absolutely nothing. my second biggest accomplishment of the day was a two and a half hour nap, im turning into cottage cheese.
i am very very excited to have my flute happier, i cant wait til i get it back. its felt so gross to practice what with it being all clanky and sluggish. its been very difficult to make myself do even the tiniest bit of work with it. but now itll be all pretty and shiny and will work very smoothly, yay. i wonder how gabe and julian are liking their new flutes, all what is it $28,000 worth of collective flute?
today i have an unpleasant doctor's appointment to go to.
only 18 days until france!!
