hey Bay Area-ers, what are you doing Friday night?
I got a little teary-eyed reading this, honestly. I hope it works, and people do help out the businesses that were hurt by the riots. I'm going to make an effort to get down there tomorrow. I had such a blast last month when I went to Oakland with Sara to visit Margaret and Shanti during First Friday, having dinner at Lam Toro (the fish! my god, the fish), then drinks and burlesque at the Stork Club. It is so good to get out of Davis sometime. And there are so many people in the East Bay (and the City!) I owe visits to. Who's with me?
