Return of the Omnivores
Some of you will recall that I once managed a softball team called The Omnivores. Some of you will recall this because you heard me talking about it on Jeopardy!
Well. One of the night managers at the co-op (Cathy), who remembers my interest in softball, overheard one of the checkers talking about how neat it would be if there was a Co-op softball team. Cathy asked me whether (given Co-op funding) I'd consider managing a team again. In a heartbeat, I replied, and now I'm putting together a team.
I remember how stressful it was before, managing a softball team, but I don't have even an ounce of trepidation about it this time. I feel totally ready to do this.
