A bowful of baby mice

Well, as promised, here is a video of the babies. They're playing in a bowl of wood shavings. They look like they're having fun, don't they? :3

And dang, but those little things can move!

They sure can. XD

I'm amazed how active they are, considering just a week ago all they did was sleep. I had to make them some toys for them to play with, because they were driving their mothers crazy chasing after them. Now they spend a good portion of their time climbing and playing in a structure I built out of cardboard rolls.

Now they're starting to open their eyes. They grow up so fast! X3

I sure feel that way. I never expected to have so many children, though. Twenty-one is pushing it a bit. ^^U

Brandy in particular seems to think of me as another mum (he already has two, why not a third one?). After all, I feed him, fuss over him and overall annoy him greatly... he even chirps angrily at me like he does to his other mums when I wake him if he fell asleep on my thumb (a rather unstable position). XD
