egg salad
i want to make egg salad but am not seeing any mayonnaise or miracle whip free recipes. only really useful thing that i've seen recommmends sour cream to substitiute.
i don't know how that would work, but i don't like either and don't want to buy it for just one thing.
it's not really about price because i can get a small container of mayonnaise at the dollar tree, i want to see if it will still taste good without miracle whip or mayonnaise.
that's the main reson why i don't eat potato salad either. mayonnaise, yuck. miracle whip, bleagh!
