You May Have Noticed....
You may have noticed that I haven't been around that much. You may not have. Either way... I've been working a LOT and I do mean A LOT. We're talking around 60+ hours a week. But it's all for nought. Seems I just can't get ahead. Something always has to happen. Sigh. But, seems that things might calm down a bit, and I might only be working 40 hours a week now... except this week. They are trying desperately to "give" us Friday off. Some of us need the money, yes. We would love to have the day off, as well as Thursday, but as a temp, we do not get holiday pay. I'm trying very hard to make rent and keep paying the bills. I feel so drained though. I think we're getting ahead, just to have something happen to drain us of our funds yet again.
We've been without a vehicle again... Yes, after just going it fixed... again... Sigh. I'm a bit tired of everything breaking.
That's why I haven't been around. Working a bunch of hours over time, and spending the rest of the time fixing things. I'm hoping things level out soon.
