Okay, so maybe I'm a total dunce, but I can't figure out whose arm it is in Thank you, and who he's referring to as "your highness". (It's probably painfully obvious. I'm tired.)

No, you're not. It's Anya's arm, but it's the dowager empress he refers to as your highness...totally my mistake because he calls her "your grace"...will change that.
