i can do your project for you, i call it project holocaust. i got the name from the depths of my imagination. ok here's what happens.
first off we get all the homeless people rounded up. if there are too many in one area we build a wall around the area for the time being and call it a ghetto or something. we use freight train cars because they are cheaper and take the homeless people to camps where they can work, i'll just call them "death camps" for fun. they will get jobs like making bomb shells and building/destroying/rebuilding roads!
this is the best part, we don't need to buy any soap or buttons because we can simply incinerate the homeless and make new soap and buttons out of their flesh! how cool is that?!
