First Entry
Hey everyone, my name is Mario and Im an 18 yr old freshman at UCF. I think of me as pretty complex so its pretty hard to describe myself. I have attended every type of school other than boarding (homeschool, private christian, and public). I went to The First Academy for high school where I tried to play football in my freshman year but got concussions. So I joined the thespian society and enjoyed all the different sides of drama. Im pretty well technically minded and throughout high school I worked my way to the top of the tech department. That was a ton of fun. However I never had a major relationship throughout that time and that was a bit frustrating. You could call me a late bloomer considering that I was 4'11 until the age of like 15 or 16. Over the next year I shot up to my current 5'8, but its still pretty short in today's world. Jesus Christ is the most important person in my life. I try to live my life for him everyday, though like all I fail just as often. My pet-peaves are liberalism and legalism, and singing/playing Christmas songs at any other time than between 12/1 and 12/25-i.e. christmas in july.
Many know me for my italian tan and curly hair (both natural by the way), but my friends know me for giving my all for people. I have been hurt by my closest friends, but have also since found closer ones. Me Chris and CJ are similar in few ways, but we are all truely loyal, and I wouldnt trade that for any other similar trait. People say I am bi-polar at times, perhaps due to my bloodsugar issues, but I have realized that I do not have a steady personality type. Sounds bad but it really helps me to understand where just about anyone is comming from. Without noticing it I often find myself balancing the social group Im in by acting with the opposite personality. Drama really helped me to open up as a person and build my confidence. The rumors are true, I have never been kissed haha.(small print) Well after first grade that is lol(end small print). This, perhaps because of my extreme pickyness, who wants to waste their time just to have their heart broken. Dont make the mistake of thinking Ive never gotten my heart broken because it has been...twice.
Whoever is "the one" God has chosen for me is out there, but I get more impatient everyday. This wait being one of the refrences meant by the title.
I love to fish and hunt and get away from it all, but its always better when Im just hangin' with my peeps. I dispize crowds, well ones of people that arent my closest friends. Im surprisingly shy. Im a DJ and have rythem, but cant dance...well I used to know some latin dance steps...but no more. Ive only danced with 3 girls, two of them just friends. Ive never been on a non-formal (formal being homecoming and prom) date outside of a group setting.
Music is the most important kind of entertainment in my life, but film is pretty even. I enjoy making films more than music though.
I LOVE PRESIDENT BUSH!!! He roks, and is exactly what this country needs.
