so yes.....haven't posted in forever.
been busy.
work. still at 107, had a review, got a raise, love my kids and job. have only 1/2 a full staff at the moment, but they are reliable. i have big plans for this year.
family. still insane. and getting more so.....
tom proposed. most people who would read my lj already know this, but it bears repeating. i'm getting married :-)
bought my wedding dress yesterday. my mom and i went, just us, supposed to just be a look around type of thing. had an appointment at david's bridal but wasn't really sure of what i wanted. i picked the 3rd dress i tried on, lol. granted, i did try on about 10 more after it, including it 2 more times. the last time, i had the dresses down to 2 and i tried the other one on first....it was beautiful. but then i put the other on.....it was perfect. so i bought it, lol. got the veil, all the undergarments, a pretty pink sash, the whole works. never spent that much on one outfit!
we booked the place yesterday too. carmel's fountain square, right behind carmel city hall. it's gorgeous. i'll have to take some pics to post up.
all in all, life is good. maybe that's why i haven't been writing?
