In school yesterday, my trainer Mrs. G brought up the book Life of Pi and said that the protagonist was three religions: Jewish, Muslim and Christian. I told her that I had read the book multiple times (because I love it) and that I was certain that it was in fact that Pi is Hindu, Muslim and Christian. Now, Mrs G hates to be doubted in class and so it is very funny that somebody suggested a small wager. I told her that I would bet her a cookie and she agreed. I can see why she would have thought that Pi was the three religions that she thought he was because they are the big three and share certain books and prophets and stories but LIfe of Pi takes place in India and somewhere in it, Pi says, "Jesus, Mary and Vishnu preserve me!" or similar and that stuck out in my mind.
I just checked the plot summary and Bam!
