Three sims with a twist
Hi there!
I have three sims for you. I made them for Garden Of Shadows' Seven Deadly Sins-contest, October Sim Challenge and October Theme.
First is Loviatar.
She is an evil witch, a character in the national epic of Finland; Kalevala.
The blind daughter of Tuoni,
Old and wicked witch, Lowyatar,
Worst of all the Death-land women,
Ugliest of Mana's children,
Source of all the host of evils,
All the ills and plagues of Northland,
Black in heart, and soul, and visage,
Evil genius of Lappala,
Made her couch along the wayside,
On the fields of sin and sorrow;
Turned her back upon the East-wind,
To the source of stormy weather,
To the chilling winds of morning.

For October Sim Challenge I made Milky Way:
In Finnish Milky Way is called Linnunrata, which means something like path of the birds. Unlike in so many other languages in Finnish the name of the Milky Way isn't based on the milk of the Greek goddess Hera. In Finnish the name Linnunrata derives from an ancient belief that the Milky Way was a path for the holy bird swan and it lead to Lintukoto which was the home of the birds that existed on the edge of the world. Other birds travelled there too to overwinter and also a human's sole could sometimes travel there after death.
So I thought about swan and that led me thinking about the ballet Swan Lake. This is not Odette though, I think this sim as a swan, travelling along the Milky Way.

After making Milky Way and thinking about the ballet Swan Lake I decided to make a sim for the Seven Dedly Sins-contest and chose to make a sim based on envy. I think Odile from Swan Lake represents that word pretty well.
