It's been awhile since I've posted here. I'm still around, just devouring Thor fic on AO3. I still refuse refuse to get a tumblr, but the will is getting weaker and weaker. Largely good, interspersed with the occasional moment of "Oh God, why can't I be brilliant?" Seriously, I was in seminar the other day and the prof was all "Did anybody read X?" and I was all "Yes!" and she was all "Oh, Cait, good! Do you remember what Pettegree had to say about German consolidation?" and I was all "..." And then there was some babbling about what I DID remember (hint: not the consolidation stuff). In short I am a spaz but I WILL SURVIVE!

I just came off of a two week bender of an anxiety induced paralysis where none of the things got done, but, I go through something like that every semester. So, are you getting your phd or another masters? In Linguistics? Tell me all the things, I love hearing about other people's schooling while I ignore my own.
