* Life remains the same as long as we remain unchanged by the external changes
* Losing somebody in life is more painful than the happiness of a new arrival
* Talking to a friend after a long time made me realised how disconnected we have been with each other.
* I have found happiness in volunteering for various things. The joy I get out of contributing to something meaningful ( subjective) is very different.
