Pride
Pride was really fantastically amazing. Everyone there was really supportive, there weren't any hecklers or anything, just folks having a good time being queer/allies and other folks selling water and beer and rainbow necklaces. A couple of my friends were in the parade but I only actually saw one of them. I wound up leaving halfway through because I was getting all emotional and worked-up with all the happy people basically going "YAY QUEERS" all around me. (It was a happy sort of emotional though.)
Also there was at least one dude there who was only wearing a cock ring. Considering how strong the sun was today I am pretty sure he made a mistake there.
