No work tonight! (i know...exciting and newsworthy, isn't it?)

Anyways, I was on call, and even though I've worked almost nothing this week, I did NOT want to work tonight so I could go help set up for Fort Meigs' Muster on the Maumee! (aka Timeline) Ten Centuries of Warfare!! Woot! Well, no Woot for War, but the ten centuries of history...that gets a total WOOT!
Ahem.
So, I basically get to live in the year 1813 (with jaunts in Roman, Medieval, and Renaissance times) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!! (I don't work Sunday either )
This means, I get to wear three layers of clothing, sit around in hell (also known as 90 degree weather with full sun) and eat REALLY good food.
I've heard the coffee is....eh, not so hot. *done in best John Stewart voice and motions*
So, I'm gonna sneak in a couple of doubleshots (from Starbucks) SHHHH! Don't tell anyone! They didn't have Starbucks back then, much less aluminum cans! But...I don't think sleep is going to be great (despite my new fancy schmancy cot (which sounds like ten fake guns going off every time I move) so...I'm gonna NEED the CAFFEINE! So there!

Anyways, I'm basically not going to have contact this weekend (unless you wanna call my "Devil's Timepiece" (aka Cellphone)) because humans had not figured out a way to harness electricity safely yet! If you really need me, send a carrier pigeon, okay?
