What if you had an office puppy? Like, you'd just be sitting at your desk mashing your keyboard, and a puppy would come up to you randomly, and want to play? Would that not improve morale like 400%? It would totally take your mind off of whatever was bothering you, right?
My other idea, is the office tiger. That one is less friendly. Like you look behind you, and there's just a tiger sitting there. Growling at you. Because you need to get back to work. Or you're working, and then suddenly out of nowhere, a fucking tiger sticks his head over the edge of your cubicle. And it's just staring at you. Like...hey. I'm watching you.
