I'm starting week 4 of my new lifestyle change. This has been such a tremendous blessing. I have lost 15 pounds thus far- I feel better, my clothes fit better & other people are beginning to notice more & more that I've lost weight!
I stayed on P1 for 3 weeks and this week I'm edging into P2. I had regular oatmeal for the 1st time in ages,I had a pear for an afternoon snack and that's about all I've really tried so far. I made a few things ahead from P1 -so I'll be finishing those while incorporating new things . I figured 1 or 2 things a week added from P2 will be okay. I'll see how it goes. I just don't want to hit a "wall" and stop losing weight. I'm afraid I'll get discouraged if that happens.
Today is my hubby's birthday (Happy Birthday Stud Puppy!) & his sister brought him a german chocolate cake & a box of danish wedding cookies, both are his favorites, but I haven't been tempted to have any so that is a very good sign for me!
I need to go ride my bike now!
