In other news, I umm am still unemployed. I applied for a job in the Longford Leader. Which I joked "oh I'd never live there for it" but I'm pretty sure I won't even get an interview (in following in the tradition of my like 90 other job applications). I mean I've nothing to contribute to longford except being gay and hating the place. Which I'm pretty sure on both counts will stand against me.
In similar news, I'm starting to think mentioning my thesis is about the gays (etc.) is not the best thing to mention of my CV. Considering going all PC and saying "Thesis was a study into TV audiences" but then part of me thinks "why the fuck should i?" I'm torn in 2 equal parts over it.
Part 1 says:
Eh, they arne't hiring you because your grosely unemployed, lazy and pretty much gaurenteed to be hilariously fat (like conor) in futrue.
Part 2 says:
They are homophobical bastards who hate you because you understand the gay tv audience like no other. Your the Susan Sontag of your day.
Put em together and you've got an unemployed bum who the neighbours laugh at because he's in day 3 of pianting the gate. And in all honesty isn't even half way there...
