(no subject)
So, I haven't updated in a while.
I'm at home in good ol' Valpo. Been here for a good 3 weeks or so and I'm already pretty bored. I miss the bustle and excitement of being on campus. I miss there always being something to do on weekdays. But now, here in Valpo, I usually spend my days waking up at 9 or 10 and then watching TV, playing the horn and the guitar, and hoping someone calls me.
Not working yet. I've been looking and looking and no luck yet. At least I can say that I'm looking and not sitting on my ass entirely. Ah well, I know I'll find one.
I may be playing with one of the NWI's brass ensembles, the South Shore Brass Band. I'm really excited about that. We would be playing 3 concerts this summer, June 17th, July 16th, and August 19th. Come check it out.
To top everything off, I don't get to see Tami much anymore. She's working 2 jobs and will soon start summer school. I miss being able to just walk over to Windsor and grab lunch or something.
