Totally useless post - part 2
My god.. I wanna cry.
Emily Browning interview, and I QUOTE: The "weird, creepy internet thing" was also one reason she declined to pursue the part of Bella in the hit teen vampire movie of last year, Twilight. Browning had been named by the author of the book, Stephanie Meyer, as her ideal choice for the part, sparking an internet frenzy from the passionate fans, who more or less demanded she be cast. Browning, having never heard of the books, looked on bemused, eventually declining the invitation to audition.
"There were all these chat rooms saying I had to play this role," she says. "I was offered to audition straight after I had finished The Uninvited, but I thought I couldn't do a trilogy, I'm not the sort of person who could go back to back, I need to go home and read some books, this can't happen.
"And people got angry and I felt sorry for the people making the film because they didn't understand how it had worked out. People were saying, 'I can't believe you didn't cast Emily Browning' and it was just so creepy."

Let me have a moment please.
As a dream team fan, this hurts. Alot. I've heard rumors here & there about Emily getting invited for an audition for Twilight but nothing really confirmed it until I read this interview. And although Twilight is already done and the cast has been announced many moons ago.. it still hurts to know my (and many others) dream!Bella was so close to getting the part but missed it for practically.. nothing. I respect her decision of not wanting to make a trilogy and all that but sweet jesus - the role was there, she would have probably got it =( I love you Emily but this crushed my heart. Sorry but this makes me just really really sad I think it's gonna take a while for me to suck it in and move on.
As for the "creepy internet thing", i'm sorry she has crazy little stalkers - I hope i'm not one of those? and i'm sorry she is very uncomfortable with it but that's the price of fame. People will admire you and idolize you, if this creeps her out than poor girl needs to really disappear from the hollywood business before she turns bonkers.
To all you dream-teamers out there: We'll always have our imagination!

I got my Twilight dvd yesterday! yay! And I even got an original film cell with it *WOOT WOOT* my first film cell ever. I've always wanted one! Anyways, I got the one with Edward & Bella arriving at the prom:
I love it! <3 I watched almost all of the bonus features except for a few + the audio commentary. I am SO happy I remained unspoiled for the DVD stuff cuz everything was much more exciting. I was all giddy while watching the bonus material and omg lots of goodness! You know what? Instead of spilling the beans here, I think i'm gonna make a top10 picspam of my fave stuff from the special features xD So stay tuned for that!
