It appears I now have a cat- at least for awhile. A series of events happened yesterday which showed her loyalty to me. No, not the crow thing. I will not get into the incident so don't even ask. She's now on a 90 day probational period. I took her to the vet to be tested to make sure she didn't have any diseases. She checked out fine and got shots

1. One litterbox per cat is sufficient. I prefer clumping litter personally. If you can afford to get a Littermaid, get one. Don't get a refurbished one though; in my experience, they die quick (~6 months, as versus 2.5 years

Forgot to add that you could always get a covered litterbox to prevent clothes from falling inside. Some cats won't use them though.

She's been doing pretty well staying off the bed. She has a cat bed, a giant box and blankets on the trunk at the foot of my bed.
