I sent her an e-mail late last night (after 1am) and my Sent box says she opened it, but I haven't gotten a reply.

I sent her one last night (past 1am). She opened it, it was shown as read in my Sentbox, but no reply yet.

I'll wait around a bit more for her reply... I'm not about to send another one; I don't wanna hound her.
