Stop SOPA (video)
Clay Shirky's TED talk on why SOPA & PIPA are bad laws.
-- Steve opposes it because, as a Canadian, he thinks the US government should tend to its own knitting for a change and stop trying to tell the rest of us how to do ours. (Besides, their "knitting" sucks.)
PS: Washington is like a rose bush; if you don't prune it back now and then it'll choke out everything else. Please don't make us regret not pruning it back for you over the last couple of centuries.
