Originally uploaded by Antof9. Last fall, reggiesgirl2 offered to make scarves for several of us. And then she became a scarf sweatshop! This is the scarf I chose for myself, because I love baby blue with dark hair. One of the conditions -- that *I* suggested -- of her offer was that the recipients have to post a pic of themselves modelling the gift. Why am I rude? She sent me this sometime in April, I think. In case you don't have a calendar, that was about 6 months ago. *hangs head*

Notice that I'm rubbing it against my cheek. Yes, it's that soft. Do you think people will look at me funny if I do that every time I wear it?

Originally uploaded by Antof9. And in the package with Scarf #2 was ... Scarf #3! This one is a lovely sort of leather-like one, with funky fringe. It's kind of like a braided belt, sort of in a macrame style. It's a really loose weave, and I'll probably just wear it untied and hanging down, to show off the fringe. It's totally funky bohemian, and it's awesome. This woman is truly creative and talented!
Thank you, thank you, my friend -- I love them, and am so glad it's finally getting cool out so I can start wearing them!
