[Kriz is heading up to the viewing area himself with a towel and a nice cold sports drink. ...Huh, Mewtwo's here. Was he fighting or just watching?]

The bottlecap stops bouncing and rolls to a halt.]

[Kriz nods back. He'll sit down next to Mewtwo, watching that bottlecap as he does.]

Were you fighting or merely watching?

[There's an audible BIFF of air and the bottlecap goes flying, striking a vending machine hard enough to leave a small dent and crumpling the cap itself. Mewtwo has one hand slightly raised.

Fighting, apparently.]

[Kriz has one eyebrow raised.] Impressive.

[He'll just mop himself up a bit and take a few drinks from his beverage. Picking up the cap, he'll give it an energy-infused flick with one clawed finger, slicing it neatly in two.]

[...heh.

Mewtwo doesn't move, but the two halves jump up from the floor and hover for a moment before being flattened suddenly into a pair of thin metal sheets nearly ten inches across, then dropping back to the ground.]

/bottlecap fight

[Kriz picks up those sheets with one hand; they're suddenly surrounded by flames. The metal glows red-hot, then begins to melt. With his other hand, he cools the molten droplets with ice shots before they can set the place on fire.]

[IT'S ON NOW. :|]

and then I realize how little one can actually do with psychokinesis

[And now those droplets are metal needles and they are embedded two inches into that chair over there.]

[...Well, not much more he can do while sitting down. He'll go pick the needles out of the chair then take his place again, just looking them over.]

Very impressive control. Not like the psychics from my world.

What do they do?

They throw energy about. Very few of them exhibit anything resembling psychic powers, yet they call themselves psychics. [Another drink.]
