because i've been getting really sick lately and feeling SO exhausted. and i wanted to do a full 14-day detox to completely CLEANSE my entire body, but decided that might be a bit much. so i decided to start with a 3-day juice fast to see how my body reacts, and who knows, that might be enough!
the day prior to the fast you must eat really really lightly - big salads and veggies only. then find a juice that's high in vitamins, fiber, protein, carbs, etc (odwalla or naked, really) and then for three days straight only drink juice and room temp. water.
