James didn't even know why he sat in the common room, doing what could be called 'Muggle Biology.' But whatever reason, he was..And slowly, he was getting agrivated. Were..The male bugs supposed to get female traits? Oh Merlin...Pulling out a roll of parchment, he began writing.

Biology-- How to etherize tiny bugs so we can stare at their tails and guess. Male or female? Which is more dominant? 25% chance of wrinkled winged female, 25% wrinkled winged male. 25% chance of red-tipped female, 25% chance of red-tipped male...except red-tipped is a female trait, so my whole experiment is now screwed up.
Reasons Why My Experiment Screwed Up
1. Bugs etherized to death.
2. Bugs reproduced so much they changed color.
3. Bugs gried to death in incubator.
4. Bugs(male) were fags.
5. Stupid lab partners' fault--give them the bad grade--not me.
6. I don't have any idea.
7. All of the above.
James finished, signing his name boredly at the bottom, now confused why he had even done that. Sure he had been semi- interested in muggle biology, but was now completely bored with it. Sighing, he pulled out 'In Cold Blood'. Oh yes, everybody look now, James Potter was actually reading willingly.
Or maybe, he was just attempting to focus again.
