New Toys
I am a geek. J I got up early this morning and went to the Microcenter sale with Ben. Had to stand in line about 45 minutes before the store opened to get the deals we wanted. I bought a Wireless 802.11b router, a wireless nic for my laptop, a UPS, a keychain flash drive, a 60 Gig hard drive, an optical mouse, a KVM switch, some address labels and 5 or 6 O'Reiley books, all for $191.75, which will drop to around $150 after I mail in the rebates.
Yay for geekdom. Oh, and I just discovered that Real networks has a service called Rhapsody, which is legal music on demand for a monthly subscription, just like I've been wanting, except they don't allow you to save files to disk (I'm sure there's ways around it).
Now I have a few hours this afternoon to take care of bills and play with my new toys before dinner with Dee.
