So the tradition is that, for the month of November, robin_2370_hood and I would trade off writing little ficbits all month; our own personal alternative to trying to churn out 50k for NaNoWriMo.

GLADLY I WILL DO THIS THING FOR YOU, although you know I'll have to go really far out of my way to do it XD Percy/Nico? Never crossed my mind before. N E V E R.

Oh my god. On one hand, part of me is still screaming in delight because NICO FALLS ON THE QUEER SPECTRUM. IT'S CANON. And then on the other, it's kind of like, well ... duh? Like, what other meaningful relationship was Nico EVER going to be capable of, if it wasn't with Percy or with Hazel? (and can I just claw at my cheeks because the Nico+Hazel interactions in this book were AMAZING, too? I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT EVERYTHING.)

ANYWAY. The date is yours!

AND ALSO I'M SO GLAD YOU ENJOYED SAN FRANCISCO!! I used to live about forty minutes south, in Palo Alto, so it's a great matter of pride to me that the city treated you well! :D:D

But of course!:D You were too busy writing the most amazing OT3 in the history of PJO OT3s to actually stop and think about it, duuuuh :DD

I also really welcomed the news, ngl! Too often YA characters described as queer feel like a designated minority representation to my super nitpicky reader tastes and end up feeling flat, but it's really awesome that all of the previous story builds up to this reveal, and as you say, it's really the only possible emotional connection that Nico would have. Good writing right there! :D
(erm, I hope that passage came out right? I am unsure if my wording conveys what I wanted to say without sounding obnoxious, but what I meant is IT'S AWESOME THAT IT'S CANON AND I ADORE THE STORY BUILDUP SUPPORTING IT!)

Eeeeee, I was just thinking about this the other day, how I have very clear headcanons on what daemons Percy et all would have, but not yet on the characters we meet in HoO! Yesssss, thank you for giving me an excuse to delve into it!

And jfkldsjfkldsgfd, thank you so much, you're so kind ♥___♥ I love Katie a lot and I can't quite put my finger on why, although it probably has something to do with the fact that I'd choose the Demeter cabin, if I could, and Katie's the only member of the Demeter cabin that we know of. I JUST WANT TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MINOR CHARACTERS, IT'S A THING.
