Hello, this is just my small effort to rebel against the introduction of sponsored communities and sponsored features on livejournal. Please join the community if you'd like to show your support that livejournal remain ad and corporate presence free.
Here's my comment on the issue:
I like livejournal the way it is. I don't need more "options" - it's just more clutter on the site and more stuff to navigate through - all the features you have already are confusing enough.
Livejournal is, for me, a place to 'get away' from the materialistic, corporate driven culture of America. This is what makes it different from Myspace. But you've sold out.. and I know I'm not alone in feeling this way. Please listen to the outcry and do something about this. Don't force us to find a different blogging/community site that has retained its integrity.
