I just got back from opening up my parents house for them. They have been in Florida for the winter. Only one serious plumbing fixture freeze, so it could have been worse, but it still took me 6 hours (including travel to nearest Home Depot for parts and tools

The return address was a hospital, (in small letters), and if shaken was obviously pills in bottles or a baby rattle. :)
