[Atsuki Saijo arrived in Luceti in the center of town very early this morning. Like, three or four in the morning early. He was confused and such, of course, but given that he still had his ring and his clothes were neatly folded next to him (that was weird) he got his bearings rapidly. He spent the wee hours scanning around for residual Shinen - there was a wide abundance of them here in the center of town for some reason - before he eventually opened the journal which was also next to him.
This was all after he put on his jacket and shirt and pants and all that of course. Thus, after flipping through the entries here and finding the guide linked in some other new person's entry here, he reads through that... something's off though. The Shinen around the central plaza had insight into a bigger mystery than what this guide seemed to be presenting.
Either way, the situation was alarming.
Eventually the guy made his way to the Welcome Center, picked up a map and such, and then set off for an early-morning exploration of the town. He needed to familiarize rapidly what this town was like... and only most of the way through his walk did he realize that the contact he wears in his right eye wasn't with him. He got that in a store and then picked up an apple or three at the grocery and this brings us to now-
It's probably about nine in the morning and there is a new guy with really oddly intriguing black eyes sitting on the edge of the fountain in the central plaza eating an apple with his journal next to him and such. None of you have seen him before unless you happened to spot him in the wee hours of this morning. What do you do?]
