From a typical anyalytical xanga entry (He wrote the Da Vinci Code!)
I write like
Cory DoctorowI Write Like by Mémoires,

Analyze your writing! He's some sci-fi author.
From an entry about my dreams.
I write like
James JoyceI Write Like by Mémoires,
Mac journal software.
Analyze your writing! From one of my earliest xanga entries circa 2007
From my actual writing:
I write like
Margaret MitchellI Write Like by Mémoires,
Mac journal software.
Analyze your writing! She wrote Gone With the Wind!
And from a different piece of writing, just as inspired but bit less romantic came...
I write like
Rudyard KiplingI Write Like by Mémoires,
Mac journal software.
Analyze your writing! ... who wrote jungle book!
I checked samples of the last two's work and I do see the similarities. I lean more towards Miller's style of writing though.
Last one, from the most recent example of my writing that I have been satisfied with:
I write like
Margaret AtwoodI Write Like by Mémoires,
Mac journal software.
Analyze your writing! What's important to note about Atwood is that she's also a prolific poet. I guess I should trust m instincts then :)
What's real funny is that my journal writing is "manly" and my novel writing is "womanly." I like womanly just fine ^_^ But, now I must go and eat!
