Indeed, the Windows install went terribly wrong somewhere. Ah, well. At least things work well this time through, no random cuts to monitor output. Fucked-up Movie Night was also amazingly glorious, and made me want to dynamite the ocean. For science. Or ride giant tortoises. Either of those work.
