Well, I've been counting calories again, and it's good. This path lead to weight loss when I last seriously did it for a long time, so I'll keep it up. It changes the types of foods and the amounts I eat and the amounts of exercise I get. For example, I drank a smoothie today, ate some beef jerky, and had some honey. I also walked about two hours and went to yoga. It's good, and I'll feel good about this if I just stick with it. As of today, I have to lose 16 pounds.
Less than two weeks until I move. 13 days. My last day of work is 6 days from now.
