Episode X of 9000 of "Let's Try to Figure Out Homestuck"
This time we'll try to figure out the fates of the trolls by grouping them in ways that may be plot relevant, and see if we can find patterns and formulate possible theories.
Will we succeed in getting anywhere? Do we ever? It is Homestuck of course not. But we can still try!
Well we got our Core 4 and Extra 5th group that I've stated in previous journal entries. These are the four trolls that have been introduced prior to Act 5: Karkat, Terezi, Kanaya, Tavros, and have been hinted by Hussie to be important, despite one of the members being dead for sure. And then there is Vriska, who has been getting a lot of screentime. One thing that is notable about all of these trolls is how much they have been interacting with the kids in comparison to the other trolls.
We have the Red Team and the Blue Team that the game formed in the beginning of the session. Vriska believed it did that so they could kill each other and become God Tier, but there may be something more to it.
Notably, the 4+5th group is all contained in the Red Team, along with Gamzee, who is believed to be "the most important character in Homestuck".
So far, everyone is alive in the Red Team but Tavros and has one God Tier. the Blue Team has three dead, one unknown, one God Tier, and one who has prophesized he will become "especially dead".
The Red Team is made up of Prospit Dreamselves the Blue Team has Derse ones. Sollux notably sacrifices his Derse dream self at the beginning of the game and would then have dreamed on Prospit for the whole session, despite being part of the Blue Team.
The colors red and blue also symbolize the universes of both the kids' and trolls' sessions respectively.
We have Team Charge and Team Scourge. Doc Scratch egged Vriska on to kill Team Charge, and he seemed "particularly excited" to kill Tavros according to Vriska. Snowman notably favors Team Scourge according to this page. Snowman also uses both of Team Charge's weapons, the whip and the lance, in the intermission; the lance in particular is the same one Tavros uses.

If we match element and kids: Tavros, Vriska, Aradia, and Kanaya
If we match "job class" and kids: Equius, Terezi, Karkat, and Feferi
If we match Midnight Crew with their respective trolls: Karkat, Sollux, Aradia, Tavros, and Vriska/Terezi (then Kanaya for Doc Scratch)
Another thing I noticed was the signs on the trolls' shirts at their death. Feferi's is completely wiped out. Tavros' was not destroyed, since the lance fitted in it, but his blood obscures it. Kanaya's was missed, since he shot her abdomen instead. Equius was strangled, so his sign is still intact too.
You know, it might be my bias, but I have a feeling Tavros is still important to the story somehow.
