Screened to Rokkaku

ALRIGHT. This is how it's going to go down. Nationals start on the 17th. That gives us ten days. Starting tomorrow morning, training regimes are going to be set, solid, nonnegotiable and compulsory. (Unless you've already talked to me or KoujiSae about leniency)

Morning trainings are going to start at 5am. You are to be there on time or there will be consequences. No one's going to get booted or lose a chance at playing in Nationals, but you do not want to tempt fate and push to see what will happen. You will be wishing that I'd booted you. Morning trainings will start with an hour of continuous beach runs. No weights. Just non-stop running until you either collapse or the time's up. If you collapse, you'll just continue from where you left off once you get back on your feet.

After beach runs, you get a half an hour swim. This is not part of exercise. This is just relaxing and cooling your body down a bit and getting rid of any silly energy. Straight after that, it's intense training with weights until 10am. Only when I am satisfied that you did well will I let you go. If I'm not satisfied with even just one person, the whole team will be working it off with beach runs.

Afternoon training sessions will be slightly different. We have set doubles pairs. You do not play doubles with anyone except your doubles partner assigned to you. If you don't have a doubles partner, you are permanently singles. Just because you are doubles doesn't mean you won't be singles. The only time you may play doubles with someone other than your doubles partner is when we merge with the middle school team. Doubles players will be partnered with a middle school doubles player and we will play matches to teach the kids.

Assigned Partners
Kurobane-Amane
Oshitari-Zaizen
Konjiki-Hitouji
Itsuki-Saeki

Singles players will be playing middle school kids as well, mostly because I know you're going to underestimate them. Shock weights will be introduced on the 12th. I'll tell you your weight assignments when we get there. Until then, you better be there for training.
