Ruki Blue:

>>

Program: Photoshop CS4
Steps: 4-5
Difficulty: Easy/Medium
Translatable: Yes
PSD: If anyone wants it, just say so. I promise I won’t bite:D
For: images with cold colors, especially blue and green.

Step 1: Chop your image.

Step 2: Duplicate your base twice. Put the first one on multiply and the second on screen. Use a sharpening on the screen layer to keep the details and leave the image a little lighter than usual.

Step 3: Layer-New Fill Layer- Solid Color - #060520 - Exclusion - 100%

Step 4: #cfe3e1 - Soft Light - 19% (mainly because my image was very blue to begin it; just pick the opacity that works better for you)

Step 5: #eed1d1 - Color Burn - 100%

Step 6: # dedede - Color Burn - 100%

Step 7: Layer - Merge Visible

Step 8: Stamp your image (alt+shift+ctrl+e) and desaturate it (Image- Hue/Saturation). Put this layer on whatever fits best for your image: Soft Light and Overlay work for most images, but for others you can pick even Multiply or Screen.
Here it’s on Soft Light 80%.

That's it^_^!
